This contains the Zip File I was unable to email because of size. You can view my handwritten documentation stamped & signed by the Ministry of Revenue Ontario, they also did the photocopying. This enabled Roy Kovarik, the manager at sales tax division to say to Kristian Clarke at CARFAC that the paintings had NOT BEEN INCLUDED in their audit.
